Disc Cutting and Stacking Lines
These are the lines which used in production for the main parts of barrel production applications. Barrel top and bottom covers are produced with 2 presses located in the line and positioned opposite each other. Discs cut with presses are carried out of the line automatically by conveyor belts to be stacked. Additionly, with the same line, plates can be produced by cut to length and stacking from the coil for the production of the barrel body. In this way, the production of all parts is carried out with a single line.
Multi Decoiler Cut to Length Lines
These are cut to length lines consisting of 2 or more decoilers. In this way, the coils are kept ready and time losses during coil loading are eliminated. According to the saved recipe, plate cutting is carried out from the desired roll in the determined number and lengths. This process is carried out in single start and since all the sheets are ready in the selector section, the whole process is automatic, without the need for a new coil loading process each time. These lines can be offered with different stacking system options.
Aluminum Embossing Lines
Plates cut from aluminum coil to desired product lengths take the necessary form with embossing rollers specially designed for the pattern requested by the customer. In addition, these lines can be offered as a solution together with the stacking system at the exit.
